Credit Purchases: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and expire 1 month after purchase. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for credit purchases if you are not satisfied with the service and have not used the credits.

Credit Expiration: All credits expire 1 month (30 days) after purchase. Expired credits cannot be used and are not refundable. We recommend purchasing credits when you are ready to actively use our service.
